For anyone interested, Tesco is to start selling vinyl again – yes really – and will start off this Friday with the new Iron Maiden LP in 55 selected stores…could be the start of something big..?
Makes me think back to Woolies and rooting through looking for limited edition 7″ and 12″…
That set of Michael Nesmith albums looks an excellent collection. A very underrated artist.
Hope Amazon get the 2 copies I’ve ordered of the Iron Maiden to me on time, one’s for part of my daughter’s 21 st pressie!!!!
“Poor 2 CD reissue” would fit more with the last EBTG re-release… At least they should have put a 3 or 4 CDs, only with the massive remixes that were made at the time… I was really disappointed on these ones ! (Note that “Amplified heart” started to miss the best remixes from “Missing”!)
On the UK version of Garfunkels “The Singer” only “April Come She Will” is replaced by “Mrs Robinson”. A little bit strange because if you like Art you probably have already the Simon & Garfunkel version. I prefer a remastering of his solo albums.
