I managed to bag the Black Friday RSD release of Scarecrow on grey vinyl last year. Nice package so not sure if I’ll bother with this. That said The Lonesome Jubilee is my all time favourite album of any artist and I don’t have it on vinyl… Damn you SDE and your wicked, tempting ways :-)

I bought the complete CD set and musically, most of his albums are very good and this was probably his most accessible era with great hooks and I love his voice, the musicianship and lyrics.

The remastered 3 ‘ Scarecrow ‘ ‘Jubilee’ and ‘ Big Daddy’ all sound massively better than their original releases which sounded thin and harsh.

The only disappointment of these sets is the lack of any further info, no photo books and no extra tracks/ out takes etc but very good albums.

Is that in error? 5 or 6 LPs?
