Ry Cooder / Paris Texas coloured vinyl

Real Gone Music will issue a limited edition coloured vinyl pressing of Ry Cooder‘s classic soundtrack to Wim Wenders’ 1984 film Paris, Texas.

Cooder’s haunting, evocative score will be pressed on a translucent blue vinyl edition limited to just 900 copies.

Paris, Texas is reissued on 2 June 2017.

Can’t find any details from the record company site about the clear though.

Great album! Must have played it a zillion times! Always wondered if this one could be extended with extras.

Shame they’ve changed the cover, I preferred the “licence plate” artwork…


That’s the original artwork I believe, it’s what’s on my Japanese mini LP replica copy and they always use the original.
