Oh I wish I never saw this because it possibly messed up ordering the Kate Bush box…I thought it could be applied to it, and I had already ordered, so I cancelled and tried to reorder it with the discount and 2 things happened… One, it didn’t work, and two, the timing sucked because it was right when they were preparing for shipping and they said they would try to cancel but no guarantee… But I didn’t want to cancel!! I just wanted the discount!! So i was like, uh oh, i might be out of luck, so I ordered it back, but it might be interpreted as buying two. So I might be charged twice. For 2 sets!! So I went to the order page, saw both up there…but saw one was in transit and the other not…so I saw that as safe and time to cancel one…right in the Nick of time…it took but said I might still be charged… Yes and I hope refunded right then and there… I wish I never saw that Grazie1000 discount, it almost messed me up…

I saw the announcement about the 10E discount very late last night and spend half the night trying to work out a good deal. Amazon.IT generally has higher prices than the others and most of the sets I am after arent that attractive, BUT there is only notable exception that reverses that effect.
Take a look at the current price of Blancmange – Blanc Tapes box.
I got it yesterday for 37,66E…….so I would say it is well worth it for those of us who dont have it yet…..:)
It looks like the promotion 3x -20% for CDs/vinyl is still on, but only for today and apart from D.Bowie boxes there are some others (studio collections) from J.Mitchell / Dream Theater / Chicago that are included, but curiously enough, arent listed in the proper section, so its really impossible to find everything that can be bought with that discount…..a shame…..
BTW, does anyone know if these kind of discounts, (10E OFF) that really equal to free shipping for EU, more or less, can ocassionaly also be found on other Amazons as well ?

I bagged Oleta Adams, “Circle Of One” deluxe 2cd, Curiosity Killed The Cat (was going to get the signed version from Paul but needed it here to get to €50, sorry Paul) and The Matt Bianco 3xcd “Indigo”. Price after taking VAT out: €50.80 – €10 = €40.80. Could not be more perfect.

Had preordered the REM from Amazon UK then cancelled as I wasn’t convinced I wanted to pay £59.
Now ordered in time from Italy for £45 which I am okay with.
Last time I ordered from amazon Italy, I think one of the Bowie sets, the box arrived in 2 days from Scotland!
Don’t understand it but not complaining.

Good man, I got a couple of the Bowie boxes for £70 ish using two accounts.
Oops! After sending the last email went back and re-read the whole column. Did not take in account that the price displayed was after the discount, so downloaded Google Chrome for translation and after about an hour or so finally managed to bag Bowie box for £87. Don’t quite see why it’s not the £82 that listed even when postage is added. Still not a bad bargain. Thanx a lot Paul!

The Beatles box turned up this evening. Didn’t look like it had travelled from Italy… pleased as punch though. Digging out the Lewisohn book as well.
The Beatles White Album SDE box now on my CC bill came in £99.88 which was less than I was expecting. I opted for Nationwide to do the current conv rather than Amazon. I wonder if anyone else order just this and what it ended up costing?
