Very nice price on this Complete Motown Singles Collection which was the penultimate release in the ambitious series.

Volume 12A concerns the first half of 1972 and is a five-CD plus seven-inch single, 115-track collection. These normally retail from £50 and upwards (some are now out of print) so the current Amazon UK price of £35 is excellent value. 1. I managed to pick it up when Amazon reduced it to £43 a few weeks ago. Well worth every penny! Sound quality excellent as ever – a superb mix of Motown’s early Seventies classics and rarities. Just working my way through it all – now up to disc four!
