  1. Would love to win this box set, as clint eastwood said, “make my day”.

Perhaps i will be lucky as my comment is number 400 ;-)

anyway good luck to you all.

  2. I’ve lived with the Blue Oyster Cült most of my conscious life. I discovered their music with the first three albums and it was immediately something special. I was entranced and the soloing of Donald Roeser was just a very chilling icing on the cake. My fascination went as far as joining their fan club and collecting all their issues on vinyl including radio shows, japanese pressings, promotional only 7″ with pictures sleeves… Unfortunately at a certain point in my life I had to get rid of all the 7″ and my Lps are now spread across the various places I had to disperse the rest of my collection due to severe space shortage. Having all theirs LPs at hand would be a drastic improvement in my life.

  3. So many great songs and albums by this band. Sadly, some of the best stuff resides on the later albums – even Club Ninja and The Revolution by Night, which most fans had written off.

  4. I have been left helpless eversince, not able to say which version of “Astronomy” is the most fabulous one, meaning the rock original or the pop reload from “Imaginos”. Hopefully the box gives an answer and releases me from never ending burden.
Just kidding. hey ….. hey, hey.

  5. Back in the early 80’s, “Agents Of Fortune” on vinyl was the first BOC album I had. Several friends have suggested I purchase this set for content and amazing sound quality and I would love to have this but if I don’t win then congrats to whoever does.

  6. Back in the mid-70s, I won a competition in the NME to get their first five albums. There’s now a big Blue Oyster Cult-shaped hole in me shelves. Apparently, their name was an anagram of ‘Cully Stout Beer’, which they were drinking at the time…

  7. One of my all time favorite bands. AKA Soft White Underbelly.
I have seen them at least 25 times. My favorite was the Black and Blue Tour also seeing them at the Bottom Line in NYC.
    Go Go GODZILLA!!
