  1. The Blancmange deluxe edition is good value: I pre-ordered mine direct from Townsend Music a few months ago and it arrived last Saturday. Six extended/alt mixes on the bonus disc along with three non-LP tracks. Of the latter, ‘The Worm’ is particularly good: a vintage bit of low-key Blancmange that could’ve sat happily amid their early 80s work.

    But wait… what’s this? No typos or missing text on the booklet, no badly-edited or incorrectly labelled tracks… just shows you what’s possible when Universal isn’t involved, doesn’t it?
