NewsWoman to Woman: The Live Concert

Singer-songwriters Beverley Craven, Judie Tzuke and Julia Fordham‘s Woman to Woman tour of 2018/19 is to be released early next year as a two-CD set or 3LP vinyl box set, with both formats available with signed prints.
Woman to Woman: The Live Concert saw the trio performing renditions of their hits and classics (with a full band) including ‘Happy Ever After’, ‘Promise Me’ and ‘Stay with Me Till Dawn’. There’s 23 live tracks in total on the forthcoming release.
The 3LP vinyl box set comes with a 12-inch art card signed by Beverley, Judie and Julia, while the two-CD set (in casebound book packaging) comes with a five-inch art card also signed by the three singer-songwriters.
The Woman to Woman tour played to sold-out rooms across the UK and struck an emotional note with everyone who was lucky enough to attend.
Woman to Woman: The Live Concert is being produced in limited quantities with only 750 vinyl boxes available. This will be released on 28 January 2022. You can pre-order the album on your format of choice via the official shop.

The subtitle of this is strange – ‘The Live Concert’ says the same thing twice. Surely ‘The Concert’ or ‘Live’ would have been enough? It feels like a subtitle created by a committee – or Alan Partridge.
I imagine the title was meant to convey the concert was performed in front of people, not a streaming event.
Missed the tour completely so totally on spec I decided to order it – thanks Paul!
I do hope they have left some of the wonderful banter, particularly from Beverley, on the album.
This was an amazing tour to see, really looking forward to this release. Almost a shame there isn’t a visual accompaniment.
I was of two minds, but decided to go for it after watching the promo. Three ladies with fantastic voices, I’m in! It’s not exactly expensive, either. Now I have this to look forward next year (oh my, 2022 already?), and the Communards 35th anniversary re-release with free mega-mix single in December…
The one I attended was a very good show. Interesting that they have reactivated this album with the NAD Picture Disc and new CD and now this. I guess it has been hard times for artists in the last 18 months with no touring revenue. My outstanding Townsend Stores orders are running into several figures now, thanks Paul!
