  1. Yup, been stiffed by amazon over Cope as well via email. Then found out they’ve cancelled another order as well without telling me…..shocking service.

  2. Surprise surprise Armageddon was statused on the Amazon website as arriving today and now it says a forecast of the 1st of August. Email now received offering me the option to cancel. Been in this position many times with the end result of never receiving the album.

          1. Best price I’ve seen. I waited for a price drop and got mine for £29.32 in 2017 but didn’t want to wait too long after seeing Tusk SDE prices rocket. Big shame TitN didn’t have a 5.1 mix like the other FM boxed sets. That could have been spectacular.

  3. Huge thanks for the tip on the Def Leppard – I just got the first box in the recent HMV vinyl sale and was a bit horrified by the UK price of the 2nd box.

  4. If any of you are near HMV Banbury, they have U2 blue vinyl Zooropa & Achtung Baby double vinyls for £14.99, & a few boxes of £9.99 vinyl including Iggy & Nick Drake, they also seem to have a lot of the limited coloured vinyls from their recent vinyl day, including the Queen & U2 ones.

Also, a bit off topic, Offspring Trainers have the Bowie Vans Blackstar (£35) & red Ziggy trainers (£55) reduced

    1. Just had a quick look in Fopp in Cambridge and they had the similar U2 albums at the same prices. £15 for Zooropa and The Singles. Plus I picked up the ultra clear version of NLOTH for £18. Curiously the normal black vinyl was still full price. Wondering if someone reduced the wrong version??

      1. If it’s anything like the old Virgin and HMV days, they reduce any deleted version as they dont have SOR on it or able to return any deleted stock as part of their negotiated % returns.

  5. amazon vs artists store. only difference is a blue vinyl 7″ so to get that you need to pay £33.51 + £6.50 postage, erm tough decision.

  6. Thanks as ever for the heads-up on this Paul, had cancelled my original order with the official site as it was too pricey and after much deliberating decided I didn’t want it that badly so have now ordered from Amazon (not that fussed that I won’t get the blue vinyl of the 7″ which was a store exclusive)

  7. Music Magpie are again part of the Ebay 20% off deal by putting PURE20 in the discount code box.

Just picked up the Vinyl ACR limited edition 7LP box for £72.

Also of note the Kate Bush Vinyl boxes I, II and III work out between £27 and £29…

I was *this* close to pushing the button on both Leo Sayer Vinyl boxes as they are both cheaper than Amazon.
Also today picked up the Creedence Clearwater Revival boxset for £83 from HMV (Swindon). It wasn’t on display at all. So I asked and they checked and they found a beautiful mint copy out back – thrilled, it’s beautiful. Moral of the story…. ask.

      1. I got the first box set using this code for a lovely £24 then I noticed I had bid on one on eBay and I’m the high bidder!!! #HopingToBeOutbid

  8. Thanks Paul was about to order but think there’s a slight difference in that the 7” in the Amazon version is black whereas the Artist Store is blue vinyl?
