Bruce Springsteen offers fans free download of River Tour concert

Due to the severe weather in New York and the tri-state travel ban, Bruce Springsteen had to postpone Sunday’s concert at Madison Square Garden. As a small consolation to fans, for a very limited time, he is offering a free download of a recent River Tour concert…

The following message was posted yesterday on Springsteen’s Facebook page: “Out here on E Street, we’re missing our fans at The Garden tonight and wanted to send this along. Starting now, the live recording of ‪#‎TheRiverTourChicago‬ on January 19 will be available as a free MP3 download for the next two days”

This is the show from 19 January in Chicago. The 33-song set featured a performance of The Eagles‘ Take It Easy in the encore, as a tribute to the recently departed Glenn Frey.
