Weird. All three of mine (Five Leaves Left, Bryter Layter, and Pink Moon) have lift-off lids. ReDISCovered also put a hype/advertisment sticker om the box that I’m worried might damage the box if I try to take it off. Why on Earth would they do that? Anyhow, I love these deluxe editions.
